TWG Named Agency of Record by the Treasure Island Music Festival

May 15, 2007 - The Wilkinson Group (TWG) announced today that it has been retained as the Partnership Marketing Agency of record by the Treasure Island Music Festival, which will bring the only large-scale, independent rock music festival of its kind to the Bay Area.

Scheduled for September 15-16, 2007, the event will take place on historic Treasure Island, located 15 minutes from downtown San Francisco. The Great Lawn, where much of the event will take place, is located on the western shore of the Treasure Island and faces magnificent views of the city skyline.

A co-production of NoisePop Industries and Another Planet Entertainment, the Treasure Island Music Festival will be a two-day long celebration, with an exciting line-up of local and internationally renowned musical acts; a diverse vending village; interactive exhibits and art installations created by prominent local artists.

The Festival estimates 20,000 attendees throughout the course of the weekend, with buses running around the clock between AT&T Park and Treasure Island to facilitate transportation.
